WIAA SPORTS PHYSICAL DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS

Bone & Joint Center (Wausau) – Tues., July 23, 2019 from 6 – 8 pm, $25 per exam. No appointment necessary - First Come, First Served.  (Questions, contact Ann Pachniak at 715-432-6462)

Aspirus Wausau Family Medicine– Tues., July 30th, 3:30 – 7:30 pm, $30 per exam  (call 715-675-3391 to schedule appointment) Also offers sports exams during business hours by appointment only.  Next day appointments may be available.  Special $30 rate applies or they can bill your insurance company.

Ascension Medical Group - $10 Sports physicals.  To schedule an appointment, call 715-301-0831. Payment with cash/check/credit card is required at the time of visit.  Price does not include the cost of lab tests, imaging, and prescriptions.  Other restrictions apply.
